querry regarding contracts

kume, once a player becomes a free agent automatic na ito na pwedeng offeran ng max cntract which is @ 12,000,000 on its first year? or depende sa no. of years ng experience nila? or depende din sa previous contract nila or both? lets take a look the case of arwind santos which is just earning around more than 3m but less than 4m a year and reed juntilla whose salary is just less than 500k but both of them are just in a two year contracts with no option to extend and no bird rights at all.

not sure yet, but i believe yeah it depends on the years of experience of a player as far as max contract offer is concern.
