Reason: Alaska has a logjam at the 2-guard, with both Simon and Baguio playing the same position. Since the chance at getting Kelly Williams is there, we have to give Baguio. Aside from that, we also have to make some cap room, so Harp was sent away and the draft picks would be good investments for the future.

Both teams have their own agenda as to where they might be headed in the season. For is in Kia it is a BIG gamble as we let go our main man Kelly Williams even before the season has started but we are getting Skyrus in return which will be used later on in a trade with Petron. Kidding aside Skyrus will form a deadly backcourt tandem with JJ Helterbrand to take carebofnits offense while Harp will patrol the middle with the help of Isip and defensive specialist TDLC. In effect Kwill and Skyrus will almost cancel each other out except that Kwill is younger and a lot cheaper than Skyrus which will favor Alaska on that matter but they will also lost a first rounder 3 seasons from now in order to get rid of Harp's BIG contract which in return they will also recieved 2 2nd rounder, John Ferriols and wingman Kiko Adriano.
