Activity/ Hot seat

We've been so fairly lenient as far as forum activity is concern but don't be too complacent as we have the tools to identify who are slacking and doing nothing for their respective positions. We will not hesitate to relieve anyone from his position if deemed required as we'd rather have a CPU-owned team than an inactive/incompetent one. Take this as a wake up call guys.
