FA signing with negative cap

Alaska is currently over the cap, -$2M to be exact. Can I still sign FA's during the season? If so, can I offer MLE and/or LLE?

I posted this here para narin sa kaalaman ng lahat. I'd prefer if commish or jordi would answer this. Thank you.

Yes, you can still sign FAs as long as you have roster room but FAs during the season can only be signed for minimum 1 year deals.

but i could not sign them into exceptions right? just minimum 1 yr deals?
